The 444.40 Repeater

I've been hearing a continuous, unmodulated transmission on the 444.4 repeater frequency since 3AM this morning at my home QTH in Davidsonville. It is an S9 here and so strong I couldn't get a direction on it with my Arrow Yagi. I drove down to Sudley today and it was about S2 there but was S9 plus on the drive back as I got nearer to the club.

I can hear the repeater id when I key up on it so I don't think it is something on the input if it is the repeater.

This was since looked into by K8JW who stopped the continuous transmit.
