MDC QSO Party Web Submission 2024

MDC QSO PARTY ONLINE ENTRY
This form will serve as the Summary Sheet for all online entries

Please fill in this form in TOP TO BOTTOM ORDER, as the availability of some options will change depending on your answers to the various pull down menus.

Be aware that after reading complaints that our entry form was too difficult to fill out, we removed a great deal of our error checking, so we no longer have to ask so many questions. This makes our form easier to fill out, but if you fill things incorrectly we will be unable to fix it from our end.  Plus as licensed amateur radio operators we now must rely on your honesty more than ever with respect to scoring.

NOTE: Your category of entry is based on the location of your station during the contest.  If you are operating within the borders of Maryland and the District of Columbia then you select "in Md or DC".  If your station is outside those borders you enter "not in MD or DC".

Includes unlicensed operators

Club Stations must either be using a club call sign or have multiple operators, or both.

Enter first and last name, separated by a comma followed by a space.

NOTE:  If you enter your name only, we automatically add your call sign to it.  For group entries you may choose to list the call signs of all operators.

(If applicable)
(if applicable)
If outside the US and Canada

Various Maximum Power Used levels may be used in your category.  Therefore we need to know which applies to you.  For this purpose QRP is up to 5 watts., LOW is over 5 watts and up to 100 watts, and HIGH is over 100 watts.

DX Entities Worked:  (Total number of DX entities worked excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and the United States).  Be aware if you work a DX (as in DXCC) entity twice, you only get credit for the entity once as a multiplier.  You will, however, get credits for both contacts during point tabulation.

- Each QSO using CW Mode will be worth 3 points
- Each QSO using Phone Mode will be worth 1 point each

NOTE:    Here you must upload a copy of your Cabrillo file using the .log file type.   Most logging software is capable of creating a Cabrillo file.  Please include your call sign as a part of the file's name.

Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: log.
