I think it would be useful for the next year to have a membership email discussion list. Club news could be broadcasted and members could discuss topics. The forums are not well used by members.

The PVRC has a email list, and it is very effective.

By default E-mail Notifications are turned off by popular request. You can turn yours on and see every forum post and response. Just edit your user accounts click on the notifications settings tab and pick which types of E-mails you would like to get.

I would encourage everyone to opt in to get the latest events around the club.
