Your Login Name is Now Your Call Sign

Yes, the rumors are true, you must now use your call sign as either your login name, or the first part of your login name.  In other words  you can be W3XXX or W3XXX Fred or W3XXX-Fred or W3XXX_Fred or anything like that.  The only exemptions are people without call signs.

From now on, at the beginning of every year, the Secretary will go through the entire online user roster and mark those who's dues are paid up as active members, and mark those who are not appropriately.  This determines one's level of access to the web site.  This year we had a mixture of login names, some were call signs, some were names, some were only first names, some were made up nicknames, and it went down hill from there.  Imagine trying to look up every user on a roster when you have to guess at who half the people are.  So as of noon on April 5th, everyone now has their call sign as their login name.  Your password should be unchanged.
