Winter Holliday Party Guest List, Please RSVP by 02dec2016

Last Edit: We've got room for a couple more people who forgot to RSVP, so just come if you want.

(If you're bringing last minute children under the age of 13, they're going to be passed over by Santa, unfortunately.)

The RSVP list below has been updated the last time. As a reminder, it's perfectly OK if we have several apple pies. No one will complain.

Hi Everyone,

This is the list I have for guests attending our year-end Winter party. As a reminder, if you pay your 2017 membership dues at the party or before you will eligible to win fantastic door prizes.

If anything has changed or I've noted it incorrectly, please drop me a line or add a public comment below.

The menu is our usual Turkey and Ham, with mashed potatoes and gravy, and cranberry sauce. We'll also be serving all the potluck dishes everyone brings and there has always been an impressive spread of deserts too.

(If anyone would like to help rather than contribute to the potluck, we do need help setting up and tearing down everything.)

Ford Hall is right down the hill from the clubhouse. Just hang a left as soon as you enter through the gate. Contact any board member if you need better directions.

Please start arriving between 6:00 and 6:30 PM on December 9th (Friday). The plan is to serve dinner at 7:00 PM.
