Antenna Help

It had been some time since I checked my antenna I was wondering if anyone could help me make sure that may antenna is okay.  I was playing radio today not sure if the bands are bad or it my antenna.

In the 9 months I've been in this hobby, my SWRs went up twice. The coax had loosened up at the connector because I taped it wrong. Later the clamp slipped and I got weak signal reports again.
