AARC 2015 Holiday Party: RSVP and mark your calendars. (Dec 11th)

The Anne Arundel Radio Club will again have our Holiday Party on Friday the 11th of December at Ford Hall (near the clubhouse, directions below) starting at 6 PM.

Pay your 2016 dues the day of or before and be eligible for fabulous door prizes. For children 12 and under I understand Santa is planning to make a visit too.

The Club will be supplying the main course and you are invited to bring a potluck; a side dish or dessert.

The Club plans to provide: Turkey, Ham, Mashed Potatoes, and Cranberry Sauce. An assortment of beverage will also be provided: soda, diet soda, water, and sports drink.

Members have already signed up to bring:

Mac and Cheese
Lasagna
A vegetable side dish
A dessert (to be determined later) (x5)
Pumpkin pie
Fruit salad
Pasta salad
Baked beans
Coleslaw
Green bean casserole
Cookies
Potato salad
Black walnut maple cake

How to RSVP

Email Mark Bova/W2PAW (preferred) with the following information (or contact any board member):

1. Name and call sign of someone in your party
2. Number of adults (people *over* 12 years old) in your party who are attending
3. Number of people 12 or younger attending (and their names please)
4. (optional) Potluck dish you are planning to bring.

(If you tell me what you plan to bring, I'll edit this post and add it to the list. If you're indecisive all the way to the very end and we get three pumpkin pies or something, I'm sure no one will complain.)

Directions: Ford Hall is on the exact same site as the clubhouse, so you can use the directions here. When entering the main gate, instead of going up the hill, make an immediate left. Ford Hall is the last building on the end. We're borrowing the Davidsonville Dance Club's building for the evening.
