I'm about to enter into a major discussion with BG&E over replacing my underground service cable in Crofton. I would like to consult with a current or retired BG&E member of the club who can help me decide (1) whether BG&E has proposed the best solution to my problem (unfortunately, a concrete pool/patio was built over the underground cable, so just digging up the cable is not an option) and (2)whether BG&E is being straight with me about who should bear ALL the cost of replacement.
