AARC prides itself on it's contribution to the community, one way in which they accomplish this is providing communications and other services to organizations. If you have never helped with a event please consider doing so. most service events take between 3-8 hours of your time, but it is time well spent. Very basic equipment is required, usually just a hand held 2 meter radio, or sometimes nothing at all except your commitment to help setup, teardown equipment.
